$80 per participant includes continental breakfast, lunch, break refreshments, continuing education credit/contact hours, and your choice of educational sessions.
Pre-registration and payment is required before close of business on September 17th.
Have you reviewed the session descriptions and noted which concurrent sessions you'd like to attend in Blocks A, B, & C? Please review before proceeding. During the pre-registration process you will be asked which sessions you would like to attend during the conference.
The NH Immunization Conference Planning Committee has adopted the following registration and payment policies for this event.
This event is open to professionals working in or studying health care, public health, emergency preparedness, and child care.
All registrations are subject to review by the organizers for appropriateness. If it is determined that a registrant is not qualified to attend, a full refund will be provided.
Payments must be made with a credit card, check, cash or money order. Please be sure the registrants name(s) are on the check or money order.
Payment must be received by 5pm on September 17, 2019.
Payments received after this date will be assessed at the late registration fee of $90.
Entrance into the conference will not be permitted until payment is made. Payments made at the door will also be assessed at the late registration fee of $90. No exceptions.

Credit card payment for a group of registered participants from the same organization may be made via credit card by sending a request for a payment link to NHIP@jsi.com. Please list the names of the registered participants* in your correspondence. A payment link will be provided once the required information is received.
*Participants must already be registered for the event, and not yet paid. Participants should select CHECK in the payment option.
Cancellations must be received in writing by 5pm, September 17, 2019 in order to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation after 5pm on September 17th or for failure to attend.
Refunds will be issued by credit card refund or check and will only be issued to the person/agency for which payment was received by. Please allow up to 60 days to process refunds.
