CEU Approvals

The event qualifies for a maximum of 4 contact hours. Each qualifying session is 1 hour each. 

 
In order to receive approved continuing education credits, participants must do the following: 

1. Sign into sessions.

  • If attending in person, sign in and out of their session room.
  • Virtual participation will be tracked through the virtual platform and monitored by our virtual session host.  


2. Attend the qualifying session they wish to receive credit for in its entirety. 

  • Anyone attending less than 90% of a session (54 minutes of a 60 minute session) will not receive credit. 
  • Session monitors are responsible for tracking session start and end times.  
  • Sessions whose length are less than 60 minutes as a result of the event organizers or presenters and is beyond the control of the attendee will be adjusted accordingly and participants still attending at least 90% of the session, regardless of the session length, provided the session is still more than 30 minutes in length will still receive the full credit for their participation. Anyone attending less than 90% of a shortened session will not receive credit. 


3. Submit evaluations

  • Submit an evaluation for the session(s) they attended and are seeking credit for as well as submit an overall event evaluation. Attendance at sessions evaluated will be verified against sessions sign in records.
  • Evaluation links will be provided at the event. 
  • Evaluations must be submitted by May 18, 2024. Once evaluations are submitted, please allow 30 days for the certificate to be processed. 
  • Evaluations will not be accepted past May 18th. Participants will not be eligible for credit and will not receive a certificate without an evaluation submission.
